Cookie Apple Cobbler
 
 6 cups Apples, peeled, cored, sliced
 1 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
 2 tablespoons Flour
 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
 1 pk Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
 2 tablespoons Sugar
 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350ºF.  Peel, core and slice apples using Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Combine apples, brown sugar, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, allspice and lemon juice in Batter Bowl; toss to coat apples well. Spoon into ungreased Deep Dish Baker. Spoon cookie dough, by scant teaspoons, evenly over apples. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in Flour/Sugar Shaker; sprinkle evenly over cookie dough. Bake 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
