3 Chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned* Pepper Paprika 20 ounces of Pineapple tidbits, drained 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard Soy sauce 1 Garlic clove; minced |

Arrange chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. *I tried this recipe and noticed a few things, there was no liquid. So when I made this, I kept the juice from the pineapple and added enough water to cover chicken. I also used 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and added a seasoning blend of peppers and onions, served over rice. |
