Sugar Free Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cups of flour 1/4 cup of granulated sugar replacement 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 cup of low fat milk 2/3 cup of liquid shortening 2 Eggs |

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 40-45 minutes or until done.
