2 large ripe avocados 1 small chopped tomato 1/2 small onion 1 - 3 canned green chilies, chopped 1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon of salt Pepper to taste |

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Pry out pits with point of knife. Peel and cut avocados into small pieces. Mash avocados with fork. Blend in other ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables. |
