| Combine the mustard, sugar, cream, vinegar and salt in a bowl. Beat until fluffy. Cut eggs in halves lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Combine with mustard mixture to make smooth paste. Refill egg whites. Garnish with a dash of paprika and finely cut parsley. Makes 16 halves. |
