| Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring frequently. Drain off the fat. Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat until blended. Pour over the sausage and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the eggs are soft but set. Makes 4 servings
