| Holiday Pasta Pizza Salad
8 ounces of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (use multi-colored variety for holidays) 3 tomatoes, chopped 1 pound of white brick cheese, diced 1 small red onion, sliced in rings 1/4 cup of salad oil 1/4 cup of vinegar Sliced black olives Sliced green pepper 1 stick of pepperoni, diced 1 teaspoon of oregano 2 teaspoons of salt 1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder) 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese 2 cup of croutons 1 bunch Romaine lettuce |

Toss all ingredients in bowl except for lettuce which should surround salad and croutons which are added just before serving.
