Jamaican Chicken Wings
72 Chicken drummettes MARINADE 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers or 4 Jalapenos; seeded 3 bunches Green onions 1 cup of Red wine vinegar 1 cup of Olive oil 1/2 cup of Soy sauce 1/2 cup of Dark rum 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme 1 teaspoon EACH of ground cloves, nutmeg |
