Grilled Cheese Sandwich

1 slice of American cheese
2 slices of bread
butter  RecipesFromScratch.com

Place a slice  of cheese between two pieces of bread. Butter the top slice of bread. Put under broiler. Once brown, turn over and butter the other side. Place back in broiler and brown.
