Moist Meat Loaf
1 1/4 pound of ground beef
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 can of tomato paste
1 pint of tomato juice |

Combine all ingredients except tomato paste and juice, shape into loaf.
Spread tomato paste over loaf. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Add
juice and bake for 1 hour longer. Spoon sauce over slices of meat loaf when
serving. Yield 8 servings
