Shrimp Mousse
1 1/2 tablespoon of gelatin
1 can of cream of tomato soup
3 small packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup of finely chopped celery
salt and pepper
2 small cans of shrimp or 2 cups fresh
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
Worcestershire sauce |
| Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of hot water.
bring the soup to a boil and completely dissolve cream cheese, add gelatin,
let cool. Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, seasonings, shrimp and pour into
greased mold. will look best in fish mold. Use a olive for fish eye. Serve
with crackers
