2 cups of ham, julienned 2 cups of broccoli florets, blanched 2 cups of cooked bow tie pasta 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper 1/4 cup Chopped onion 1/4 cup Oil 1/4 cup White wine vinegar 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese 1 Garlic clove; minced |

In large non-metal bowl, combine ham, broccoli, pasta, bell pepper, and onion; mix well. In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, combine remaining ingredients; add to ham mixture and mix well.
