8 Shrimp 2 Lobster tails, just the meat 2 Artichoke hearts, cut 8 Mushrooms, slices 2 ounces of Olive oil 2 ounces of Flour 8 ounces of Light cream 3 ounces of Romano cheese, grated 2 ounces of Snow or king crabmeat 8 ounces of Fettucine, cooked |

Sauté shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil. When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat.
