Fusilli with a Creamy Pesto & Parma Ham Sauce

250 grams of Fusilli verdi; (8oz)
1 142 millilit double cream;
120 gram car fresh pesto
50 grams of Sun dried tomatoes in olive,  sliced (2oz)
85 g pack Parma ham, sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Sprig basil and shavings of parmesan cheese, garnish

Cook the fusilli following instructions on the pack. Meanwhile make the sauce, pour the cream into a medium sized saucepan and place over a low heat. Stir in the pesto and sun dried tomatoes and heat gently. Add the Parma ham strips and add black pepper to taste. Heat gently stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and pour over the sauce mixing well to thoroughly coat. Serve immediately and garnish with sprigs of basil and shavings of parmesan cheese. Converted by MC_Buster.
