| Low Calorie Pasta Salad
1 cup of cooked ham, cubed 1 ounce of blue cheese, crumbled 1 cup of cooked turkey or chicken, cubed 1/4 cup of pimento, chopped 1/4 cup of onion, chopped 1/2 cup of celery, diced 1/4 cup of carrot, coarsely shredded 1/4 cup of unpared zucchini, diced 1/2 cup of sour cream 4 tablespoons of low-calorie mayonnaise 3 cups of cold cooked pasta |

Combine ham, cheese, turkey and vegetables in a large bowl. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; pour over ingredients in bowl and mix. Add pasta and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Yield: 6 1/2 cups.
