| Seafood-Rotini-Cheese Bake
8 ounces of Tri-colored pasta, cooked one 15 ounce can of tomato sauce one 10 ounce package of Crab Delights-flakes 1 cup of Fat free cottage cheese 1/4 cup of fat free parmesan cheese 2 Egg whites, beaten 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of dried basil 1/4 teaspoon of Onion powder OPTIONAL 1/2 - 1 cup of Grated fat free Mozarella Serve with warm stewed tomatoes |

Here's a recipe based on one from Louis Kemp (maker of "Crab Delights") that I thought many of you might like. Spread 1/4 c. tomato sauce in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with a layer of cooked pasta. Next mix remaining ingredients *except* reserved tomato sauce, and layer on top of pasta. Top with rest of pasta and then pour remaining tomato sauce over pasta. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 minutes. Top with fat free mozzarella and parmesan if desired and place back in oven until the cheese melts. Serve with stewed tomatoes.
