| Tortellini with Sausage
4 cups Cheese tortellini, cooked 1 1/2 cups of Italian sausage, cooked and cut up 1/4 cup of fresh parmesan cheese 2 Tomatoes; diced 1 cup of Olive oil 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons of pesto 3 Cloves roasted garlic Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage. |
