| Pork Chops & Wild Rice Bake
one 6 ounce package of seasoned long grain & wild rice mix 1 1/3 cups of French's French fried Onions, divided one 10 ounce package of frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained 1/4 cup of orange juice 1 teaspoon of grated orange peel 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine rice mix and seasoning packet, 2 cups of water, 2/3 cup of French fried Onions, and remaining ingredients, except pork chops in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Arrange the pork chops on top. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Sprinkle chops with the remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden. 4 serving |
