Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops

1 cup of boiling water
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
one 6 ounce package of Pepperidge Farm Apple  & Raisin Stuffing Mix
4 Boneless pork chops, 1 1/4 inch thick
1 tablespoon of margarine, melted
1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of spicy-brown mustard

Mix boiling water, 2 tablespoons of  margarine or butter and contents of seasoning/fruit pouch until margarine is melted. Add contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut a side pocket in each of the chops. Spoon stuffing into pockets. Place chops in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. Uncover.  Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and continue baking uncovered or until chops are done.
