6 Lean pork chops, about 1 inch thick 1/2 cup of flour 1 tablespoon of salt 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 tablespoons of oil 1 cup of chicken and rice soup |

Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crock pot/slow cooker. Add can of soup.
