3 tablespoons of lemon pepper
1 tablespoon of ground thyme
1 tablespoon of paprika

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. This recipe should only be used as a guide. For example, if you prefer more "heat" increase the cayenne pepper slightly. In a few minutes, the chips will begin to smoke and add wood flavor to your foods. For foods that take longer to cook than 15-20 minutes, try soaking the chips in water for 30 minutes before putting them in your grill.
