Pork Chops  Casserole 2

6 pork chops
shortening
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can of water
salt and pepper to taste

Lightly brown the pork chops in a small amount of shortening' place in casserole. Dilute the soup with water; pour over chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until browned. Makes 6 servings
