8 slices of Sourdough or multigrain bread 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce 6 ounces of Turkey, cooked and sliced 4 ounces of Cheddar cheese, mild or Sharp, thinly sliced Butter |

Spread 4 slices of bread with cranberry sauce: top with turkey, cheese and remaining bread slices. Lightly spread outside of sandwiches with butter; cook in large skillet over medium-low heat until browned on both sides. Makes 4 servings.
