| Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 pounds of lean beef stewing meat, trimmed of fat 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 pound of fresh mushrooms 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of water 1 cup of fat-free sour cream 1 package of egg noodles, cooked |

Combine all of the ingredients except the sour cream in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in the sour cream. Cook on high for a few minutes to heat sour cream. |
