1 pound of lean ground beef 1 pound of kielbasa sausage, sliced one 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes, undrained one 9 ounce package of frozen French-cut green beans one 6 ounce can of pitted whole black olives, drained 1 cup of red wine 2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, sliced in rings 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 teaspoon of basil, crushed 1 teaspoon of oregano, crushed 1 teaspoon of thyme, crushed 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper 1 pound of pasta of your choice 4 ounces of Parmesan cheese, grated |

In a medium skillet, sauté ground beef. When browned, transfer to slow cooker . Add all other ingredients except pasta and Parmesan. Simmer on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Cook pasta according to directions. Ladle kielbasa over pasta in large bowls. Pass the Parmesan cheese to garnish. |
