6 - 8 large baking apples, Rome or York 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of butter, melted 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon |

Peel, core and cut apples in half. Place in Slow Cooker . Drizzle with lemon juice and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and spices. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours Serves 6 - 8 Baked Apples 2 12 medium apples 1 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 cup of raisins 1 tablespoon of butter 1 cup of water
Core apples and peel skin down 1 inch from top. Mix sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Stuff apples with mixture; dot apples with butter. Pour water into removable liner; add apples. Place apples in base. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours, high 3 to 4 hours. 10 servings |
