4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips or chunks 2 large onions, quartered, and thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon of soy sauce or Tamari 1 teaspoon of Madras curry powder 2 teaspoons of chili powder 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 1 cup of chicken broth or water Hot cooked rice |

Mix all ingredients, except rice, together in the Slow Cooker . Cover and cook on LOW from 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. 4 servings |
