Turkey Stuffing or Dressing
1 pound of pork sausage
1 cup of chopped celery
1 pound of stale bread crumbs
3/4 pound of corn bread, crumbled
1 quart of chicken or turkey stock
Brown sausage, stirring with fork to break up meat, add celery and cook
until tender. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour dressing into
foil lined greased pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until brown. 10
