West Virginia Corn Bread Dressing
8 slices of toasted bread, cubed
two 4 inch square corn bread, crumbled
12 crackers, crumbled
6 biscuits, crumbled
1 cup of corn flakes
1 cup of chopped celery, sautéed
1/2 cup of chopped onions, sautéed
3 tablespoons of sage
4 eggs, well beaten
turkey broth
Combine all ingredients, adding enough broth for moist mixture.
Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until brown. 16
