| Tuna Noodle Casserole w/pimento
Cook 6 ounce (3 cups) medium noodles, using package directions. Combine: Noodles One 6 1/2 to 7 ounce can of tuna, drained 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of sliced celery 1/3 cup of chopped onion 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1/4 cup of chopped canned pimento 1/2 teaspoon of salt |

Blend 1 can of cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup milk. Heat through. Add 4 ounce sharp cheese, shredded. Heat and stir until melted. Put both mixtures together and turn into a 2 quart casserole. May be topped with 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. Bake at 425ºF. for 20 minutes. 6 servings.
