| Tuna & Chips Casserole
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk One 6 1/2 ounce can of tuna, drained 1 1/4 cup of crushed potato chips 1 cup of cooked green peas
Mix soup and milk in un-greased 1 quart casserole. Stir in tuna, 1 cup chips, and the peas. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Cook, uncovered, in 350ºF. oven until hot, about 25 minutes. To microwave: Use round glass casserole. Do not sprinkle remaining chips over casserole. Microwave, uncovered, 5 minutes; sprinkle remaining potato chips over casserole. Microwave until hot and bubbly, about 4 minutes. |
