| Veal Nuggets Paprika (Borjupaprikas) Hungary 1 1/2 pound of ground veal 1 cup of bread crumbs 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 cup of minced onion 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon of chervil\1/4 teaspoon of tarragon 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of flour 2 cups of sour cream 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of milk 1 tablespoon of paprika |
| Combine the ground veal, bread crumbs, milk, onion, Tabasco sauce, chervil, tarragon and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. drop into salted boiling water in saucepan. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, drain. Blend flour, sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in saucepan. Stir in milk and paprika. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add meatballs. Heat to serving temperature, do not boil. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings
