| Ziti Casserole 11
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. ziti 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef 1 cup of chopped onion 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms 1 minced garlic clove One 15 3/4 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup of red wine 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 4 ounces of Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup of sour cream |
| Cook ziti in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain. Sauté ground beef and onion until browned. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 3 minutes. Add sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Add ziti to mix. Pour into 13"x9" greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350ºF. Serve with sour cream. |
